A dry lubrication coating, PEN-TUF®/EN can be applied to stainless, aluminum and titanium as well as brass, copper and steel.

Our New Generation Composite Coatings combine the release properties and lubricity of polytetrafluroethylene (PTFE) with the corrosion resistance and uniform coating thickness of electroless nickel. In a co-deposition process, PTFE particles are evenly distributed and locked into the nickel phosphorus matrix. Fresh molecules of PTFE are consistently exposed to keep the surface lubricated throughout the life of the coating. A dry lubrication coating, PEN-TUF®/EN can be applied to stainless, aluminum and titanium as well as brass, copper and steel.

PEN-TUF®/EN meets a wide range of engineering specifications and greatly improves overall performance, especially in applications that involve high speed/low load or slow speed/moderate load combinations.
